# Liên hệ IT Support

IT Support là bộ phận quản lý, hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn sử dụng các hệ thống CNTT của Vietdemy. 

**IT Support xử lý các yêu cầu sau:**

* Khởi tạo tài khoản (Account Creation Request do HR yêu cầu)
* Bổ sung quyền, Hiệu đính, reset mật khẩu tài khoản (Account Change Request, do Line Manager của nhân sự yêu cầu)
* Hướng dẫn sử dụng, troubleshooting các vấn đề của hệ thống CNTT (General Support Request, do từng nhân sự yêu cầu cụ thể).

Vui lòng gửi ticket thông qua Trello tới IT Support để được hỗ trợ.
